SYTUACJA KOBIET NA RYNKU PRACY W DOBIE OBOWIĄZYWANIA PROGRAMU „RODZINA 500+”. (Polish)

THE SITUATION OF WOMEN ON THE LABOR MARKET IN THE PERIOD OF DURATION OF THE "FAMILY 500+" PROGRAM. (English)

Women are generally classified as disadvantaged groups in the labor market. The basic measures of the labor market point to their much lower activity on the labor market, higher unemployment and higher passivity in the field of job seeking than is the case for men. The situation of women in Poland in 2013-2017 did not differ significantly from these common assessments. The improvement of the situation on the labor market in Poland observed in the recent years has affected women to a lesser extent than men. In particular, this applies to women aged 25-44. The social program "Family 500+", introduced from 1 April 2016, is responsible for such a state of affairs. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Kobiety zaliczane są powszechnie do grup defaworyzowanych na rynku pracy. Podstawowe miary rynku pracy wskazują na ich znacznie niższą aktywność na rynku pracy, większe bezrobocie i większą bierność w zakresie poszukiwania zatrudnienia, niż to ma miejsce w przypadku mężczyzn. Sytuacja kobiet w Polsce w latach 2013-2017 nie odbiegała znacznie od tych powszechnych ocen. Poprawa sytuacji na rynku pracy w Polsce obserwowana w ostatnich latach w mniejszym stopniu objęła kobiety niż mężczyzn. W szczególności dotyczyło to kobiet w wieku 25-44 lat. Za taki stan rzeczy może odpowiadać wprowadzony od 1 kwietnia 2016 roku program socjalny „Rodzina 500+". [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
