      An editorial is presented which discusses role of supraglottic airway devices (SAD) in difficult airway management. It presents guidelines for the management of patients with difficult airways in particular are highly clinically applicable and implemented in routine anaesthetic practice. Supraglottic airway devices are used in considerable percentage of all general anaesthetics. It presents information on benefits of adrenaline in out-of-hospital cardiac arrest patients.
