County makes offer on utility building

Dec. 01--In an effort to get the negotiations ball rolling, the Davison County commissioners voted 4-1 Tuesday to make a $500,000 offer to Central Electric for its headquarters building at 1420 N. Main St. The action was taken during the commissioners' regular weekly meeting at the courthouse in Mitchell.
