Induced demand: economic approach and effective ways of addressing the problem.

Health is the right of all, regardless of race, religion and socioeconomic order. This study analyzes how health services are ordered as induced demand, which is intended to provide a financial benefit to the healthcare professional. The Health System offers the opportunity for patients of all social classes to have access to health services with the ultimate goal to provide better and more efficient healthcare. On the one hand, health professionals as service providers and patients as recipients create a bilateral relationship for the best possible outcome. Also, the state with its own Health System tends to safeguard and preserve this relationship. An example of malfunction is the induced demand for healthcare services, which is motivated by healthcare professionals towards patients for their own financial benefit. For this reason, health systems have been created according to the needs and capabilities of the state. Η υγεία είναι δικαίωμα όλων, ανεξαρτήτως φυλής, θρησκείας και κοινωνικοοικονομικής τάξης. Στην παρούσα μελέτη αναλύεται ο τρόπος αγοράς υπηρεσιών υγείας της προκλητής ζήτησης η οποία έχει σκοπό οικονομικό όφελος προς τον επαγγελματία υγείας. Το Σύστημα Υγείας προσφέρει την δυνατότητα στους πολίτες όλων των κοινωνικών τάξεων να έχουν προσβασιμότητα στις υπηρεσίες υγείας με απώτερο σκοπό την καλύτερη και αποτελεσματική παροχή ιατροφαρμακευτικής περίθαλψης. Αφενός, οι επαγγελματίες υγείας ως πάροχοι των υπηρεσιών και αφετέρου οι ασθενείς ως λήπτες δημιουργούν μια αμφίδρομη σχέση για το καλύτερο δυνατό αποτέλεσμα. Επίσης το κράτος με το δικό του Σύστημα Υγείας τείνει να διασφαλίσει και να διαφυλάξει αυτή την σχέση. Παραδείγματα δυσλειτουργίας του είναι η προκλητή ζήτηση για αγορά υπηρεσιών υγείας, η οποία παρακινείται από τους επαγγελματίες υγείας προς τους ασθενείς με σκοπό το οικονομικό όφελος των ιδίων. Για τον λόγο αυτό έχουν δημιουργηθεί τα συστήματα υγείας ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες και τις δυνατότητες του κράτους.
