      The article focuses on research published in the August 21, 2018 issue of "Analytical Chemistry" concerning the use of mass spectrometry to analyze solid cheese dated to around 3,200 years ago which was found in an ancient Egyptian tomb which contained milk, whey proteins, and brucellosis-causing bacteria remnants.
