      The article presents a case study of a 50 year old male with nephrotic range proteinuria due to membranoproliferative glomerulonephritis. Topics discussed include esophagoduodenoscopy and colonoscopy demonstrated mild esophagitis, patchy ileitis, and ulcers in the gastric atrum, splenic flexure, descending colon, sigmoid colon, and rectosigmoid area.; administration of oral ivermectin; and duodenal biopsy showed patchy mild chronic inflammation and villous edema.
