Employment of the TDWI model to measure the maturity level of occupational health and safety management: a survey study in the Office of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil. (English)

The research aims to measure the level of maturity in the Occupational Health and Safety Department in the Office of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil, and has been relying on the TDWI model to measure it, which provides the actual reality of the project within the levels representing the objectives of the organizations for the purpose of reaching it later. The originality of the research is in two directions: Occupational Health and Safety within the term of maturity and the second employ the TDWI model to measure maturity. To achieve this, the model was adapted to measure the level of maturity within its five levels and distributed the questionnaire to the employees and beneficiaries of the project for the purpose of giving a comprehensive picture of it, and use the analysis of one sample statistic. Finally, the study reached a number of conclusions, the most important of which is the occurrence of the project at the level of childhood. A number of recommendations were made, most notably the formulation of an integrated strategic plan based on the TDWI model for the purpose of achieving optimal maturity. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

عمد البحث الى قياس مستوى النضج في ادارة الصحة والسلامة المينية في ديوان و ا زرة النفط الع ا رقية، وقد تم لقياس ذلك , الامر الذي يوفر الواقع الفعمي لممشروع ضمن مستويات تمثل اىداف TDWI الاعتماد عمى نموذج لممنظمات لغرض الوصول الييا لاحقاً وتتمثل الاصالة في البحث في اتجاىين الاول قياس ادارة الصحة والسلامة لقياس النضج. TDWI المينية ضمن مصطمح النضج والثاني توظيف نموذج. ولتحقيق ذلك تم تكيف النموذج لقياس مستوى النضج ضمن مستوياتو الخمسة ووزعت استمارة الاستبانة عمى .one sample statistic العاممين عمى المشروع والمستفيدين منو لغرض اعطاء صورة شاممة لذلك، واستخدم تحميل واخي ا رً، وصمت الد ا رسة الى مجموعة من الاستنتاجات اىميا وقوع المشروع في مستوى الطفولة. وقدمت لغرض الوصول الى TDWI مجموعة من التوصيات لعل ابرزىا صياغة خطة است ا رتيجية متكاممة عمى وفق نموذج مستوى النضج الامثل.
