The article discusses the court case Sloan v. Repacorp, where in plaintiff Robert Sloan working as production manager at label printing company Repacorp, was expelled from job due to his violation of defendant company's drug abuse policy, though he sued the company on civil consent case. The litigation was on the basis of Americans with Disabilities Act(ADA) and Occupational Safety and Health Act. The judgement favored the defendant as the plaintiff was unable to produce evidence.
