      The article presents case study of a 25-year-old man who was diagnosed with Aicardi-Goutières syndrome (AGS). Topics discussed include observation of erythematous atrophic scars on the interphalangeal and metacarpophalangeal joints; observation of white matter leucodystrophy using magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan; and information on early-onset encephalopathy with significant psychomotor delay and neurological impairment.
