    • Abstract:
The article presents views of the author on political campaigns. He states that he has often wondered what has happened to civility in lives of people. The uncivil ways of people are visible during any major political campaign. According to him, almost half of voters absolutely hate one candidate and almost half hate the other. The few undecided voters in the middle determine the winner. The author is apprehensive about all the hate rhetoric that is going to fill airwaves between elections in the U.S. from April to November 2004. He feels that the country would be a lot better off if a certain amount of civility could be added to its political campaigns.
