- Abstract:
The article discusses the conflict between Hutu and Tutsi ethnic group in Africa. It cites the Rwanda genocide which is a genocidal mass slaughter of Tutsi in Rwanda. It notes that the conflict spark after the assassination of the Hutu president of Rwanda in April 1994. According to Solomon Igbawua and Dahiru Bala that they not attack anyone but once groups are pitted against one another , that scarcely matters.
