      World Waste Technologies Inc. and Voice Powered Technology International Inc. have signed a merger agreement that will keep World Waste as the ongoing operating entity. Encino, California-based Voice Powered Technology announced the deal March 25, 2004. It is an early-stage development company with patented technology that has processed small amounts of municipal solid waste to reduce its volume and produce cellulose fibers. Upon completion of the merger, Voice Powered Technology will change its name to World Waste Technologies Inc.
