      The case of a 42-year-old woman with intracranial meningioma in Hadju-Cheney syndrome (HCS), also referred to as acro-osteolysis syndrome is presented. HCS is described as a rare syndrome that involves osteoporosis, and skull deformations. Topics discussed include the patient's initial presentation with headaches and progressive impaired vision; the detection and surgical resection of a tuberculum sellae meningioma; and the histological diagnosis of meningothelial meningioma.
