      The article focuses on how teachers interpret the writing of four prekindergarten boys in terms of listening, asking and studying. Topics discussed include several figures representing the marks and drawings made by each of the boys and their understanding by the teachers, questioning of the kids by the teacher to get an insight into their decision making process, and making notes so as to understand their pattern of learning.
