      A case study is presented of a 2-year-old Middle Eastern male presented with congenital hemophilia A. Genetic testing showed severe hemophilia A; use of Xyntha for bleeding which led to low titer neutralizing antibody with spontaneous resolution; further he was diagnosed of severe hemophilia a and type I von Willebrand disease.
