"East" and "West" in the Second Half of the 19^th Century -- between the Need for Models and the Establishment of a Romanian National System.

Undoubtedly, the two concepts, which are usually attributed to the second half of the 20^th century, from the desire to show the differences of culture, civilisation, political concept in Europe, can be studied, through translation, a century earlier, that is in the second half of the 19^th century. During this historical era, there was carried out a significant political fight, between the necessity to follow certain models, and that of creating a governing and administration system, original and representative for the Romanian state and the Romanian nation.
