      The article presents a case study of a 52-year-old woman, who was diagnosed with hand foot syndrome (HFS) due to toxic reaction from chemotherapeutic drugs. The patient had a type IV skin with metastatic intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma. The patient was administered with capecitabine and irinotecan. It examines the changes on the patient's skin in relation to dermatitis.
