- Abstract:
Democrats have proposed legislation to revise labor laws to make them more union-friendly. Of course, their bill has no chance of becoming law so long as there are Republican majorities in the legislature and a Republican president. However, the bill serves as a model prescription for fixing what Democrats and unions view as defects in current laws and indicates what could become new labor laws when Democrats are again in the majority.
