Acute effects of static stretching in warm-up. (English)
    • Abstract:
Stretching in warm-up is frequently used to increase sport performance and to decrease risk of injuries. Static stretching and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation have higher impact on range of motion than dynamic and ballistic stretching. Dynamic and ballistic stretching have positive impact on muscular performance, while static stretching and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation have even negative effects. Warm-up and activation exercises for increasing post-activation potentiation have positive effect on muscular performance as well. Only use of dynamic or ballistic stretching exercises, which can have positive effects on acute increase in flexibility, reduced injury risk and muscular performance, is recommended in warm-up. • Abstract:
Dinamične in balistične raztezne vaje imajo na mišično zmogljivost pozitivne učinke, medtem ko imata statično raztezanje in metoda živčno-mišične facilitacije negativne.
