      The article examines how the U.S. helped spread jihadism by actively partnering with Saudi Arabia's Wahhabist elements in some conflict areas in the world. Topics discussed include the history of Wahhabism in the Middle East and understanding the Wahhabist offensive as a joint venture between oil imperialism and neo-medieval Islamic revivalism. Also mentioned is the spread of Wahhabism in Afghanistan and Bosnia and Saudi Arabia's link to the 9/11 terrorist attacks in the U.S.
