Social capital as a factor of political protest forming. (English)

The purpose of the article is to consider the essence of social capital in the context of its influence on political protest forming. Problems of identification of protest group participants are considered. The role of poverty and relative deprivation in the forming of political protest is underlined. Trust is considered as a component of social capital. Social capital is considered as resource and institutional environment. System approach, structure and functional, comparative, case study and other methods are used in the article. It is proved that social capital as a factor of political protest forming is a multi–dimensional phenomenon. From psychological point of view, protest is based on anger and feat. Social approach proves the importance of trust and relation between social roles and expectations. Political approach considers social capital creating political pressure groups.
