Teaching the Art of the Difficult Classroom Conversation.

The article presents an interview with University of Iowa law professor Christina Bohannan who discusses various topics including workshops which are designed to teach graduate teaching assistants how to facilitate difficult conversations involving political and social issues in a classroom. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution and a college student's right to express an opinion are examined, along with teacher training for graduate students in America.
