- Abstract:
The article discusses the report from Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory which shows the increase in number of people who used wind power from 2015 to 2016. It outlines the benefits of using wind power such as the reduction of nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides and particulate emissions. It notes the study from the Edison Electric Institute wherein they compared the current state of electric utilities to the airlines and phone companies before deregulation and innovation changed it.
