      The article presents an update on several electronic publications, digital information resources, Web sites and databases as of March 2004. Yahoo! Inc. announced the launch of extensive election-related offerings to equip consumers, candidates, and political organizations for the 2004 campaign season. Nature Publishing Group has announced that Nature Japan, its Asian subsidiary, will produce a Chinese edition of Nature to be distributed exclusively in mainland China. MicroPatent LLC announced the release of its MPI-INPADOC Plus database. This enterprise-wide search, monitoring, and review tool within MicroPatent's Patent Web has nearly 50 million patent records. Dialog Corp. announced that it has enhanced the BIOSIS Previews database which is available through its Dialog and Dialog DataStar services. The company also announced that it is offering Dialog Choice, a new fixed-free enterprise pricing plan. Serials Solutions Inc. announced that it has released E-Journal Portal as part of its new E-Journal Access & Management Suite. E-Journal Portal delivers a low-maintenance e-journal management solution and includes daily data updates. SLA announced that it has launched the fourth generation of its Web site.
