      The author shares his experience of attending the inaugural Africa Singapore Business Forum (ASBF). He mentions that he made some very good friendships at the event, extensively covering the event in "African Business" which remain to act as the main communication link between Africa and Singapore. He states that the forum was an effort to bridge the knowledge and communication gap, and shorten the distance between Africa and Singapore.
