Model procesů malých softwarových firem: ověření dotazníkovým průzkumem. (Czech)

According to multiple surveys, there is a potential to improve the way processes in small software companies are supported by IT. On the path to fulfilment of this goal, we firstly defined a process model specific for small software companies. The aim of this paper is to introduce the results of a survey which evaluates the Small Software Company Process Model in Czech companies. Na základě několika průzkumů jsme identifikovali potenciál ke zlepšení v oblasti IT podpory procesů v malých softwarových firmách. Na cestě ke zlepšení v této oblasti bylo nejprve nutné definovat model procesů malých softwarovavých firem. Cílem tohoto článku je představit výsledky průzkumu, kterým jsme v českých firmách ověřili navržený model procesů malých softwarových firem.
