      The article focuses on San Diego Business Journal's election recommendations on ballot propositions in San Diego, California. Some of the recommendations for the propositions of March 2 elections regarding proposition 55 is that the Business Journal is not taking a position on any school construction bonds this year. While regarding local propositions such as proposition A, according to the journal trampling on private property rights is not good for business anywhere, and this is not only trampling on such rights but an attempt to mandate planning by ballot initiative and therefore they don't support it.
