      The article assesses the feasibility of a family menu-planning workshop led by adults and peers. It discusses the use of questionnaires to measure menu-planning-related knowledge and self-efficacy. The results show feasibility of teaching menu-planning workshop to parents and adolescent children by adults and peers.
