Assessment activities and expenditure in medical insurance. (English)

The article describes the system of medical insurance, assessment medicine activities within the system and medical insurance expenditure over the period of 2010– 2015. The authors arrives at the conclusion that not only the observed statistical data, but also the conclusions of other authors document that expenditure concerning temporary work disablement is influenced by health state of the population as well as present social-demographic and economic factors. Článek popisuje systém nemocenského pojištění, posudkovou činnost v tomto systému a výdaje na nemocenské pojištění za období 2010–2015. Autor v závěru uvádí, že nejen sledované statistické údaje, ale i závěry různých autorů dokládají, že výdaje na dočasnou pracovní neschopnost neovlivňuje jen zdravotní stav populace, ale současně sociodemografické a ekonomické faktory.
