      The article presents a case study of a young painter with a two year history of mild psoriasis. The patient was seen by a rheumatologist and was diagnosed as having psoriatic arthritis. He was prescribed methotrexate, a disease changing antirheumatic drug. Three months after diagnosis, the patient was established on methotrexate.
