      The article presents a case study of a 62-year-old male diagnosed with melanoma metastatic to basal cell carcinoma of skin, where he underwent for an invasive melanoma of the right flank skin and developed widely metastatic systemic disease. Topics discussed include several cutaneous lesions found in the patient, presentation of tumor-to-tumor metastasis, herein in the form of basal cell carcinoma of skin and clinicians and pathologists awareness on some neoplasms.
