      According to the current recommendations for intensive care and monitoring of neurosurgical and head injured patients, seven new monitoring and treatment forms were introduced for use at the Anesthesia and Intensive Care Unit at the Department of Neurosurgery, Emergency Medicine Hospital "Pirogov". The point of the authors is to present and emphasize the advantages of these seven forms in comparison with the previously used at our department in order to optimise the monitoring, treatment and anesthesia in neurosurgical and neurotrauma patients.
