      This contribution is pursued to problem of influence of silt permeability to mutual interaction between surface water of channel system and groundwater at Žitný ostrov (ŽO) area, exactly along the Gabčíkovo-Topoľniky channel and its surroundings. The extent of silts permeability is represented by the filtration coefficient of silts. For some cases this filtration coefficient of silts is named the hydraulic conductivity of silts kfn. There was necessary to take away a lot of silt samples in individual profiles along the Gabčíkovo-Topoľníky channel for assessment of values kfn. There was evaluated the silts granularity from ablated silt samples and consecutively there were determined another values of parameters which are need for calculation of silts hydraulic conductivity values, based exactly on Bayer-Schweiger and Špaček relationships. The research of channel network silting up on Gabčíkovo-Topoľníky channel has run during 1993 - 2014. The current state of longitudinal distribution of silts hydraulic conductivity along the Gabčíkovo-Topoľníky channel is expressed numerically and graphically. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
