      An essay is presented on engaging a price-friendly draftsman to design a house room with electricity and a small bathroom and getting what one pays for. The author discusses his father's house remodeling project several years earlier, and the present Mexican draftsman's plans for his house and ready implementation of it. He also notes the resulting good design and realization of his office room.
