- Abstract:
The article explores the relationship between labor movements in the U.S. and constitutional law. The author reflects on historical scholarship and the forthcoming book "The Anti-Oligarchy Constitution," by Joseph Fishkin and William E. Forbath. Emphasis is given to topics such as legislation on labor rights such as the National Labor Relations Act, the 13th Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, and the relationship between the courts and labor organizations.
