      The article reviews recent studies that suggest simple and natural approaches which may assist one in obtaining optimal sleep which is one of the most crucial components of an anti-aging regimen. The studies include one by researcher David Black and colleagues from University of Southern California which showed that formalized mindfulness-based interventions served to remediate sleep, and another study Michael Grandner and colleagues which focused on eight great sleep-enhancing activities.
