- Abstract: Una enseñanza basada en el desarrollo de competencias exige del profesorado nuevos modos de entender la evaluación, más centrados hasta ahora en la reproducción de conocimientos que en su transferencia a situaciones de la vida cotidiana. En este artículo se revisan distintos aspectos que debería contemplar la evaluación de competencias científicas y se describe y se justifica una propuesta para el diseño y el análisis de tareas de evaluación con un enfoque competencial, utilizando el enfoque de PISA como referente. Todo ello, en una unidad didáctica para 3º de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria que utiliza el consumo de agua de bebida como contexto de aplicación. Finalmente, se plantean algunas consideraciones sobre la importancia de la evaluación como aspecto clave para avanzar en el desarrollo de competencias científicas. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
- Abstract: A teaching based on the development of competences demands teachers, who traditionally have been focused more on the transmission of the theoretical contents rather than its application in everyday situations, new ways of understanding assessment. In this paper different aspects that should be included in the assessment of scientific competence are analyzed and a proposal for design and analysis of assessment tasks with a competence approach, using the PISA model as a reference, is justified. All this is being done in a teaching unit for Grade 9, using the consumption of bottled water as application context. Finally, some considerations about the importance of evaluation as a key to advancing the development of scientific competence arise. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
