      In this article, the authors focus on professional development of teachers to increase young learners' agency in early years settings in preschools in Sweden. Topics discussed include role of professional development facilitator in analyzing teachers role in developing their teaching practice, Swedish preschool curriculum on activities for children; and different methods of mathematics education.
