    • Abstract:
The article reports that the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey is planning to revise its clean-air policy by postponing a deadline to replace older drayage trucks by January 2017. The trucks to be prohibited would have been those with engines made in the year 2007 or earlier. The port authority's revised policy would prohibit trucks having 1994 or 1995 model engines from entering port terminals after January 1, 2018; and prohibit additional trucks having pre-2007 engines.
