      The article discusses a lawsuit decided by New York Appeals court judges in October 2015 concerning the termination of two employees in a sports bar in Connecticut due to defamatory languages they posted in the social media site Facebook. The court ruled that the activities of the workers were protected under the National Labor Relations Act. Also cited is the effect of the case on the social media policies of U.S. employers.
