      The article presents a case study of a 59-year old woman with liquid stools and abdominal pain and had medical history of ileocolonic resection. Topics discussed include presence of a Prolene suture that was threaded through rosary beads like spherical structures in ileocolonic anastomosis, cutting of sutures with endoscopic scissors, removal of other foreign bodies with help of a grasping forceps and formation of calcium oxalate stones due to foreign body reaction of Prolene sutures.
