Presents an account of treatment given by authorities of the U.S. to rival propaganda delegations of Loyalists and Irish Republican Army (IRA) members. Arrests of IRA members namely Owen Carron and a publicist Danny Morrison, by immigration inspectors of the U.S., on criminal charges; Treatment of the Loyalists delegation headed by wife of Ian Paisley; Purpose of the Loyalist Delegation to convince Americans to stop funding the IRA; Attitude of the American public towards the speech of Reverend Ian Paisley at the Press Club; Criticism of Paisley in American newspapers; Statement that IRA was somewhat more successful in rallying its American supporters and in obtaining favorable notice by the media; Failure of both delegations to achieve their purpose.
