      The article presents a case study of a 25-year-old woman who was admitted to hospital due to detection of an abnormal blood vessel of large diameter in the fetal abdomen at 23 weeks gestation. The patient was diagnosed with Abernethy malformation after undergoing three-dimensional ultrasonography with glass-body mode and four-dimensional (4D) spatiotemporal imaging correlation (STIC).
