      The article discusses the "Early Birds Study" (EBS), a study on the defense acquisition by studying the magazine "Defense AT&L" in Republic of Korea (ROK)issued for the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) by the Defense Acquisition University (DAU). It mentions on the establishment of Korean Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA), the activities and seminar of EBS on acquisition professionalism, and the contribution of EBS in developing control policies and defense technology security.
