The purpose of this paper is to describe genesis of the field of autism intervention in Iasi. For this purpose we conducted a survey of land in four institutions providing psycho‑educational services for children with autistic spectrum disorders. The objectives were: describe how services are organized, analyzing how professionals were formed, how they collaborate with parents and other institutions. Following this research revealed that the Iasi NGOs have played a role complementary to state institutions, initiating or supporting good development of psychosocial services for children with autism. L'objectif de cet article est de décrire la genèse du champ d'intervention concernant l'autisme dans la ville de Iasi. Une enquête de terrain a été menée dans quatre établissements fournissant des services psycho‑éducatives pour les enfants atteints de troubles du spectre autistique. Cette enquête a rendu possible d'analyser l'organisation les services, la formation de leurs professionnels, les situations de partenariat établi avec les parents et de collaboration interinstitutionnelle. L'enquête a permis de mettre en évidence le rôle complémentaire joué par les ONG par rapport aux institutions étatiques, avec la mise en place et le soutien des services psychosociaux pour les enfants atteints d'autisme. Modul în care s‑a format câmpul de intervenţie în autism din municipiul Iaşi a făcut obiectul unei anchete de teren în patru instituţii care oferă servicii psiho‑educaţionale pentru copiii cu tulburări din spectrul autist. Organizarea serviciilor, pregătirea specialiştilor şi colaborarea acestora cu părinţii, precum şi relaţiile interinstituţionale au fost principalele obiective ale anchetei. În urma acestei cercetări a reieşit că ONG‑urile din municipiul Iaşi au jucat un rol de complementaritate cu instituţiile de stat, iniţiind sau sprijinind buna derulare a serviciilor psiho‑sociale pentru copiii cu autism.
