The young people chosen by the "Marketing Magazine" as the 2003 Ones to Watch, demonstrated extraordinary innovation, clout and leadership during the 16-month period ending in May 2003. They represent a generation of calculated risk-takers who are proving their ability to orchestrate creative solutions that are relevant to marketers' needs and ambitions. Some of them even bent a few marketing rules along the way. Candidates were gathered from both internal research and nominations from readers.
