The article presents two case studies on the sliding full-thickness pedicle flap for primary wound closure of the socket preservation site. The first case involves a 68-year-old woman presented with an upper right first molar whose molar tooth was loss during her teens. The second case involves a 52-year-old woman who wished for a replacement of an unsalvageable upper right first molar tooth, which was removed under intravenous sedation.
