One tabby tipster told of Ian Finlay, an Internet analyst for CERT, who was charged with unlawful contact with a minor and attempted statutory sexual assault. A female police officer who was taking a class on how to pose as a youngster to catch sexual predators found Finlay on the Internet. Posing as a 15-year-old girl, the officer chatted with the analyst for six weeks and agreed to meet him at a fast-food restaurant near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where the arrest was made.
