      The article reports on the second biennial 2015 City Energy Efficiency Scorecard from trade body American Council for an Energy-Efficient Economy which ranked the top cities in the U.S. based on their energy-efficiency programs. The scorecard revealed that Boston, Massachusetts is the most energy efficient and its programs effectively promotes economic growth. Also discussed are the cities' energy efficiency programs and ways to reduce energy consumption.
