      The article focuses on American outdoor enthusiast and lawyer Matt Dyer who was attacked by a polar bear on July 23, 2013 in Labrador, Canada. Dyer was reportedly attacked by a polar bear at dawn at his tent on the Torngat Mountains wherein he was camping with several others. Also discussed is the efforts of his companions to save him which include physician Rick Iseberg and trip leader Rich Gross.
